Ireland comes Alive with a New Top 5

At Event Partners we are constantly refreshing our incentive programmes. Ireland has once again impressed and created new innovative experiences that we, as a DMC, can’t wait to showcase to our clients.

1. The Dean Hotel

Bringing a funkier, laid back tone to the city’s hotel scene. Complete with rooftop bar, chill out lounges, contemporary work space and fun ‘play’ areas, this hotel has it all in one. If you’re incentive group is one that likes to steer away from traditional and challenges the current than the Dean Hotel is one to watch.

2. The iPad seaside challenge

Using a GPS tablet the teams navigate around a sequence of virtually triggered checkpoints which are set in the real world. The triggers reveal challenges and information for the teams to interact with. This new age treasure hunt relies on team work, communication  skills and the ability to adapt to new technology and surroundings, while having great fun in the process.

3. The Smithwicks Experience

300 years of brewing history: They’ve learned a thing or two since the very first pint of Smithwick’s was produced in 1710. And they’re constantly innovating. The perfect pint doesn’t happen by accident, it comes with experience. Go back through time and experience the Medieval charm of Kilkenny town and the new and improved, Smithwicks Experience. Ideal for groups, this experience will leave you with a brief insight into Ireland’s history and how this world renowned beer was created through necessity.

4. Irish Family Hosted Dinner

Relax and unwind by the roaring fire in the comfort of our traditional Irish family home. Sit back and enjoy an Irish Whiskey while the lady of the house prepares a sumptuous and comforting Irish meal for you and your group. Tell stories, laugh, learn something new about Ireland, taste and expand your mind.

Dining with one of our welcoming and friendly Irish families, not only will you experience the delicious local produce and cuisine, but the characters and stories you will meet and hear throughout the night will make your experience one to never forget- one only available in Ireland!

5. Wild Atlantic Cooking Class

Carmel Somers, restaurant owner, likes to use only the finest, fresh, local, seasonal and organic ingredients so the menu changes all the time – depending on what is available. In a fantastic location, the school is located in a restaurant overlooking the sea in Durrus and has one of the most beautiful views in the entire island.

A one-hour  cookery demonstration  in the Wild Atlantic theme will ensure the group familiarizes itself with the beautiful region. After the demonstration, the group will be able to enjoy a sumptuous lunch prepared by the Good Things Café.
