Our people think differently. With a mix of seasoned pro’s and eager beavers, we consistently dazzle our clients. Not happy unless we are on the cutting edge, we have the vision, the experience and know-how to deliver the incredible every time. Channelling our local knowledge, superb contacts and personal relationships, we take a fresh and energetic approach. We are a communicative bunch. In part, it is because we are Irish and love to talk (a lot!), but most importantly, it ensures that nothing goes amiss.

  • Nicola McGrane

    Managing Director

    Nicky established the company in 1998. Driven by passion and enthusiasm, the key values which underpin her approach are quality, trust and integrity. She takes a “hands on approach” to her business and is regarded as a leading lateral thinker with an innovative approach to problem solving and delivery. Renowned for her ability to identify opportunities, her creative thinking and strategic advice has been sought at the highest level by numerous corporations, government and industry bodies.

    Nicky’s vision is matched by her sense of fun – it would not be unusual to come across her in one of Dublin’s famous cocktail bars entertaining a client group with her finely tuned piano skills. No surprise given her BA in Music from University College Dublin.

  • Aideen Morrin

    Sales & Marketing Director

    Having worked on the supplier, client and agency side of the events industry for the past fifteen years, she has every base covered. Our results driven go-getter, her talent lies in identifying client needs and providing smart and imaginative solutions. In Aideen’s world it is all about the detail, there is no compromise and certainly no settling for second best! With her warm and unassuming nature, you will want to be her friend within minutes of meeting.

    Born with a need for speed, it seems she can only satisfy it with holidays that include waterskiing, white water rafting and jumping from buildings – thankfully for us, there is always a rope attached.

  • Hannah Healy

    Sales & Marketing Manager

    Hannah is our Wild West of Ireland girl who’s natural passion and enthusiasm transpires into her ability to make each of our clients feel special and experience what the real Ireland has to offer. Prior to joining Event Partners, Hannah worked in both Australia and New Zealand in the Sales and Events industry. Eager to return home to Ireland, she is now delighted to have the opportunity to share all of our great new ideas and experiences with our European and Australasian market. Determined and resourceful, she is a big picture thinker, with a lively personality to match. Undeterred by obstacles, her natural enthusiasm drives her to turn wild ideas into concrete realities.

    When she's not networking and gaining new business, Hannah can be found travelling around the Irish coast surfing or in her dance studio learning some new moves!

  • Stephanie Dhima

    Sales Manager – Programme Development

    Our international jet setter who speaks 5 languages fluently, Steph is the epitome of grace under fire. The ultimate team player, she goes to the end of the earth for her colleagues and clients. Her thirst for knowledge brings her to every corner of the country on weekend investigative missions! As a result she has unearthed the most amazing and unique suppliers that make Event Partner proposals stand out from the crowd.

    You will always find a novel in her bag, usually of the thriller variety and this is how she likes to spend her downtime.

  • Stanislava Velikova

    Sales Executive- Programme Development

    Stanislava ‘s (or Tani as we call her) love for the Tourism and Events industry came from growing up in her family-run hotel in a small Bulgarian resort. Before coming to Dublin, she completed her BA in Management with Tourism in South-West UK.

    Tani brings a breath of fresh air and enthusiasm to the Event Partners team.  Constantly researching the best new product and developing high quality bespoke programmes for clients, Tani is quickly making a big impact on our events team.

    When she’s not organising some kind of event, holiday or dinner party for her friends, you can find her experimenting in the kitchen baking some black beans brownies or spirulina cupcakes… while she’s singing.

  • Jill Hughes

    Operations Director

    Jill has led the Event Partners operations team from 2009. With over twelve years experience executing conference, event and incentive programmes, she has managed a number of Event Partners award winning projects. A natural born leader, she wears her biggest smile when she is producing cutting edge events that engage, excite, and educate clients.

    In her down time, you will find Jill on her horse Stewie galloping through the Kilkenny countryside. Or better still, turning heads in her Ladies Day finery at The Galway Races.

  • Katharina Buwalda

    Senior Project Manager

    Katharina, known as KT to her friends, colleagues and clients is the epitome of efficiency! If you want your event flawlessly delivered then KT is your lady. From the big picture to the micro details, she will look after your event with care, enthusiasm and creativity. This is one smart lady and holds two degrees in Tourism Management. Added to that, she is a fluent German and French speaker.

    KT is your ultimate girl about town. Never one for a quiet night in, she can be found seeking out the latest Dublin attractions, from pop up supper clubs to the hottest new bands.

  • Columba O' Reilly

    Senior Account Manager

    Columba grew up in Wexford but has spent her adult life in Dublin.  Married with two girls aged 12 and 9.  She has worked in the Hospitality and Event Industry all of her career. She has worked with many incentive houses and corporate event planning agencies in Ireland. We are delighted to have Columba join the Event Partners family with all of this invaluable experience and industry knowledge. Her professionalism on site and in the build up to each event is evident in the feedback received from our clients.

    Columba enjoys running and has completed a half marathon and a few 10k races. She plays tennis (very badly, she says!) and is a member of two book clubs (well truthfully one serious book club and the other really a wine club!).

  • Roisin Hanratty

    Project Manager

    Roisin has made the big bold move to Dublin after spending the last six years living and working in London. Although her parents are from Belfast, she grew up in England and moved to London to take a Masters in Arts and Events Management. Roisin has spent five years working in marketing and events, she began her career as a marketing Account Manager, working with large brands in the retail, telecommunications and travel sectors. For the last three years, she has worked at Festival Republic, organising large festivals but now she’s looking forward to swapping her wellies back to some shoes!

    Roisin is a passionate music lover who loves going to gigs. She loves to browse record shops, although she admittedly enjoys her Taylor Swift record as much as Blur and Fleetwood Mac! In her spare time she enjoys trying new places to eat and drink and is also a big fan of stand-up comedy.

  • Eddie Lee

    Finance Director

    Eddie is the ‘Chief Bean Counter’ at Event Partners, but do not for one minute make the mistake of thinking that he fits any stereotype of a boring accountant! In fact with his wicked sense of humour, he is quite the opposite. Happily married for 13 years with one son and daughter, Eddie brings a wealth of experience from 20 years of experience in Corporate Accounting covering Hospitality, Retail, Motor Trade and Construction. He helps to keep our budgets in check with weekly meetings to ensure that we are sticking to our promise.

     

    Eddie dreams of hitting the ski slopes, his favourite holiday type by far and at weekends when he’s not hanging with his family, you will find him pottering in the garden.

  • Warren Hallam

    Senior Graphic & Web Designer

    Every good company needs a great nerd, and boy do we have the best! With qualifications running the gamut of Design, Multimedia, Information Technology and Publishing, Warren is officially the Mensa approved, Event Partners Nerd! He is our first port of call when an event requires a bespoke website, video editing or full print suite designed. Whether it is graphical support with your client proposal or a comprehensive teaser campaign, Warren brings bounds of creativity and 11 years of industry experience to the table.

    A doting Father, you would never guess he is a hardcore fan of heavy metal.

  • Mary Cuthbert

    Office & CSR Manager

    Where would we be without Mary!? Mary keeps Event Partners HQ in ship shape condition. Our Environmental champion, she ensures that we all act responsibly. In fact she also is the driving force behind all our CSR activities. Mary adds a sprinkle of joy to the office every day. An arts and crafts expert, she organises all sorts of treats especially in the lead up to festive holidays.

    From lunch time parties to craft making, no celebration goes unmarked. Even the more senior men in the office have been convinced to make Valentine’s cards for their loved ones. That is the power of our Mary!
